My school district has Maestro Theatre listed as an approved vendor. Can I write my PO to Maestro Theatre to purchase resources on maestrotheatrepublications.com?

No, Maestro Theatre is a business owned by Rick Garcia and specializes in workshops and clinics for theatre.

Maestro Theatre Publications, LLC is a partnership with Renee Buchanan, Mandy Epley, Rick Garcia and Patty MacMullen that specializes in instructional materials for theatre education.

Please upload vendor paperwork using our "Contact Us" page if you need to add Maestro Theatre Publications, LLC to your district’s approved vendor list.

I need a W9 and or a sole source letter to make a purchase. Can you send me the documents?

Yes. Please request the W-9 through our "Contact Us" page, and a W-9 will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours. You can download our sole source letter on this link.

Is this a book? Does it have an ISBN#?

The instructional materials are digital downloads for you to open, save and read using a computer, phone or tablet. You may also print our materials if you choose. No printed copies will be sent to you. The product is an electronic book. There is no physical or printed book that will be sent to you.

What do I need to do to purchase the materials?

You can purchase the materials with a credit card on maestrotheatrepublications.com. We support the following purchase methods:

  • Credit Card
  • Credit Card Tax Exempt
  • Purchase Order

How long will it take to get the materials?

See below for timeline based on method of purchase.

Purchase Order

If your order is made using a purchase order it will take 24 – 48 hours for us to review your purchase order and tax exemption documentation. When this is completed your purchase will be fulfilled.

Online Credit Card Purchase

Once you’ve created your account and completed your purchase, you will be redirected to a page where your resource will immediately be processed and available to download. You can review the online credit card purchase process on the "How to Purchase" page.

You will also receive three emails with the following subject lines:

  • “Customer account confirmation”
  • “Maestro Theatre Publications Order #nnnn confirmed” – This email contains a link to download a pdf copy of your receipt.
  • “Your downloads from Maestro Theatre Publications for Order #nnnn are ready” - This email contains a link for you to download your resource.

Your purchase includes two downloads of the materials that you purchased. Each time you open the material directly from the Maestro Theatre Publications website, either on a computer, tablet or phone, that is considered a download. Please note that you must save a copy of your materials for future use.

How do I reset my password?

  • From the home page click on the user button between the magnifying glass and shopping bag in the upper right hand corner.
  • Click the link "Forgot your password".
  • Enter your email address.
  • Click SUBMIT.
  • Check "I'm not a robot".
  • Click SUBMIT.
  • Shortly, you will receive an email with the subject line, "Customer account password reset". Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
